I started a new job, and it's eating up most of my time this week, so in lieu of a new comic (and because last week's was kind of awful), here are some more samples from Chapter 2.

I wanted to focus on the book this week, but recent tragic electoral events made me decide it was a good time to post something in support of my LGBTQ friends and family.
I added Little Carl and Carl Foxx as well. Little Carl is a trans boy. Agent Foxx is thered to support his son.
I wish I could have done more to affect this election's outcome, and I am afraid of the direction this country is going. I wish I didn't have to keep fighting, but I have no choice. I'm going to keep going, and so must all of us. We beat the vile man before, and we'll do it again. Human rights and climate progress will be slowed, but not stopped. I'll be here, and you have my promise that I'll keep working to make this comic the wokest dang thing you've ever seen. Charles Work- Working for you.

Bonus: Next draft preview: Page 92

I'm trying to transition from Adobe to Affinity, so I went ahead and shaded page 92. I'm liking Affinity so far, though some of the buttons are harder to find than in Illustrator. It should at least be better than Adobe's AI-crazed price gouging. Whaddaya think of the results?

Yet More Krang

My Mom gave me some new markers. Yay! Updates on the next draft are going slowly, due to losing about five pages of edits on account of Windows' shenanigans. Did you know you can undo fodler creation AFTER having saved files to that folder? Infuriating. Fortunately I was able to retrieve most of my work from Illustrator backup. Rare win for Adobe, I guess.

Head Injury

This is the first non storyline comic I've drawn in nearly a decade of working on these "Cos-Play Hero" pages. Wow. Inspired by a conversation I had at work, where one of my coworkers is incredibly amused at my Krang impression. I'm also kind of playing off a similar theme from a Lauren Ipsum comic Charles Brubaker put out earlier this week.

Woo! My first draft of the story is done! I am EXHAUSTED! As you can guess, I have a lot more storylines planned for the future, but I'm working on some revisions for this one first. I already have the first 100+ pages ready for review, and I'm ready to get the rest of them in a state where hopefully someone will want to sit down and read this mess. I'll be here with any updates, of course. Stay tuned.
